Quality control is on our minds as much as it is on yours.
Whether an item is made at our home factory in Brooklyn or partner factories abroad, we enforce conformance to strict quality standards through a series of multi-point inspections at various phases of production. Upon request, we can send weekly updates with a summary of these inspections. Additionally, we encourage visits from project stakeholders.
For production orders manufactured abroad, we go to extreme lengths to ensure that we exceed your expectations. Our Chinese factories are all ISO 9000 certified. We station a full-time project engineer at the partner factory to ensure as short a punchlist as possible. On top of that, we also internally order a small percentage of overstock to ensure that if any items are plucked from the production line, the full quantity will still be ready for shipment by the scheduled ship date. Any unshipped extras will be available for purchase at a discounted attic stock price or donated to a local charity.
