Timing is everything, right?
We know that soft openings and official openings (or re-openings) are critical events. We include those milestones in our project management tools so that we're not just watching the delivery date of the furniture, but also anticipating the more important dates of the property. As a project nears completion, or throughout a phased roll-out, we work with the purchaser and coordinate with property personnel, logistics companies, and warehouses to ensure the smoothest delivery and installation.
