olollo is a proud member of the USGBC. By 2010, all Senior Management will be LEED accredited. We can assist in obtaining 5 LEED points in the following specific Commercial Interior (CI) areas:
+ 1 point – MR Credit 4.1 Recycled Content, 10%
Use material with recycled content [post-consumer recycled content + (1/2)post-industrial content] which exceeds 10% of the total value of the materials. Percentage is determined by weight.
+ 1 point – MR Credit 4.2 Recycled Content, 20%
Use material with recycled content that exceeds 20% of the total value of the materials.
+ 1 point – MR Credit 5.1 Regional Materials, 20% manufactured regionally
Use a minimum of 20% regionally manufactured materials. Measured in dollar value. Furniture produced in our Brooklyn facility would qualify for installations within a 500 mile radius.
+ 1 point – MR Credit 6 Rapidly Renewable Materials, 5%
Use minimum 5% rapidly renewable materials (materials made from plants that are harvested within a 10-year cycle). Meaured in dollar value. Wheater substrates and bamboo veneer qualify.
+ 1 point – MR Credit 7 Certified Wood
Use minimum 50% FSC-certified wood-based materials. Certified wood material = FSC certified wood material value / Total new wood material value.
